In 2026, we are introducing our all-new All Aboard Days to expand our mission of providing historic education and demonstration to all by including those with special sensory needs.
Schedule and Admission
All Aboard Days will be on the second Sunday in June, July, and August:
- Sunday, June 14
- Sunday, July 12
- Sunday, August 9
We will be open for our regulars hours of 11am to 5pm and regular admission will be charged, with free admission for members.
No advance reservations are needed, just show up to the depot and get your tickets!
Experience
We will be providing trolley rides all day as usual, but with the experience modified to be more sensory friendly. We will also be providing a sensory-friendly area in the Wayne Depot.
Accessibility
CTA car 4451, with fully accessible level boarding, will be operating on all All Aboard Days.
Quiet Train Ride
In order to accommodate riders who may need it, we will be running a special Quiet Train all day, without the usual noise and constant movement associated with a train ride.
If you require any special accommodations, please contact us beforehand and let the depot agent know when you arrive and we will do our best to provide them.
Sensory-Friendly Area
In our historic Wayne Depot, we will include a sensory-friendly safe space for all who need it while waiting for the train.
